Facing east, the living area and kitchenette are bathed in morning light and stay cool in the evenings. The bathroom features a spacious shower for added comfort. A TV, all the essentials for preparing seafood dishes, and a fan complete this cozy retreat. Enjoy your private balcony with a lovely view of the pine forest—perfect for outdoor meals at any time of day. The property offers two swimming pools, a paddling pool, four tennis courts, and two pétanque areas, all set among beautiful trees. A shared parking space is available on-site. Adventurous guests will love the swimming cove near the pools, while the sandy beach, just 400–500 meters away, is ideal for relaxing days for all ages. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. A key box is available for your arrival. Bed linen, tea towels, and towels are not provided, but disposable non-woven sheets are available.
